Biography

Vincent was drawn to yoga while looking for stillness in life and peace of mind during some intense moments and ended up being blessed not only with peace of mind, but also body and soul. He began his yoga journey in 2009 and has been practicing all over the world connecting to the life force energy the universe has given us. This led to him receiving his 200 hour yoga teacher certification in 2020 under the Matt Giordano School of Yoga. Known as an adrenaline junkie for skydiving, cliff diving, hang gliding, bungee jumping and much more, yoga provided a space to slow down and find balance not only for the body but more importable for the soul. In his classes you will get not only a physical vinyasa practice but also a “dharma talk” and yoga philosophy intertwined to leave with an internal and physical experience to go open your personal journey. His studio philosophy is based on “Shanti Yana” meaning a peaceful journey and hopes to share with you on your journey in each and every practice.

Vincent currently is taking individual bookings wherever he is currently traveling and also teaches locally in studios where he sets up roots.

Vinyasa with Vincent
Come join Vincent for a Vinyasa flow for all levels. Offering variations for beginners, intermediate and advanced yogis alike. Each class will introduce a Dharma Talk on one of the Yoga Sutras from the ancient Sage Pantanjali giving you a “thread” of wisdom on ancient theory of yoga offering guidelines for living a meaningful and purposeful life incorporated into our flow for that day. We will use a series of layering postures working our way up to a designated peak pose incorporated with a cool down and closing to assist you in being ready to take on the day physically and mentally on your peaceful journey.
